This is a fractions digital escape room activity that focuses on a variety of fractions skills. Skills covered: equivalent fractions, adding and subtracting fractions and mixed numbers, fraction word problems, multiplying fractions by whole numbers, decomposing fractions.
An Escape Room is an adventure in which players solve a series of puzzles using clues, hints, and strategies to complete the objectives at hand.
In this DIGITAL Escape Room, students are presented with a situation. They were captured by a gang of thieves and locked away . In order to escape, they must complete 4 challenges. Each challenge provides a code which unlocks a digital lock.
Play this activity in small groups or independently .
This escape room is digital. No copies or laminating. No prep. Simply give the students the link provided and that’s it. No google accounts needed, no forced copies, no assigning in google classroom. All students need is a device with internet access.
